During the NFL offseason, players will do almost anything to stay in shape.
Some players, like James Harrison, do one-armed shoulder presses that would likely break your arm off if you tried to do them at home.

Other players, like J.J. Watt, buy a cabin in the middle of nowhere, then spend all of their time trying to break the world box jumping record. Based on the picture below, it appears that the record is still safe.

And then there's players like Browns cornerback Robert Nelson. Nelson doesn't jump over boxes or do 7,000 pound shoulder presses, he drags cars. Seriously.
Nelson posted a video to Instagram this week that shows off his unique training regimen.
According to the Browns official website, Nelson bought a smart car sometime this offseason, but instead of driving it like most people would, he decided to make it his workout partner.

Talk about good gas mileage.
The undrafted free agent out of Arizona State played in seven games last season as a rookie and the Browns are already impressed with him.
"Nelly is a name that may not garner headlines, but we see a bright future with him," defensive backs coach Jeff Hafley told the Browns' website.
