The Vikings have signed linebacker Casey Matthews to a contract, according to the team.
“It’s great to be here,” Matthews told Vikings.com. “I’m looking forward to a new opportunity and a new chapter in my life.”
Matthews was visiting the Vikings on Tuesday and now the team has announced his signing. Entering his fifth season in the NFL, the 26-year-old has recorded 112 total tackles, 2.5 sacks and one forced fumble.
