The fact that TE Kellen Winslow was traded to Seattle may have been partly because coach Greg Schiano was irritated with Winslow skipping OTAs, but also because of money. Winslow was scheduled to make $4.8 million in 2012. By signing TE Dallas Clark to a one-year $2.7 million deal, the Bucs saved $2.1 million. Schiano also has repeatedly said he wants to focus more on running the ball, possibly making TE less of a priority.
