Lions’ officials haven’t publicly confirmed reports WR Titus Young was told not to report to Detroit’s first week of OTA workouts after an incident with teammate Louis Delmas, but Jim Schwartz admitted Tuesday that Young will be subject to increased scrutiny and discipline standards going forward. “(Young) had an outstanding practice (in his return to workouts Tuesday),” Schwartz said. “That doesn't erase the incidents that have occurred, and it doesn't change the process that we're going to have for him to stay in good standard -- not just with the team, but with his teammates.”
