Brandon King: Promoted from practice squad
King was promoted from the practice squad Saturday.
With the release of Bradley Fletcher, the Patriots were in need of some additional help in the secondary. King will likely contribute as a special teams player, but his value in IDP formats will be mitigated until he receives more snaps on defense.
