Packers' Byron Bell: Hits IR
The Packers placed Bell on injured reserve Wednesday.
Bell was inactive for Sunday's game versus Atlanta after suffering a knee injury the week prior. He has been officially shut down for the rest of 2018, prompting the Packers to add some depth along the offensive line in the form of Nico Siragusa.

Packers' Byron Bell: Sidelined Sunday
Bell (knee) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 tilt against Atlanta.
Bell's status comes as no surprise after he was held out of practice all week. He's one of three starting offensive linemen who are inactive for Green Bay. Look for Justin McCray or Lucas Patrick to draw the start at right guard in place of Bell.

Packers' Byron Bell: Suffers knee injury
Bell is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals due to a knee injury.
Bell left the field during the second quarter. Justin McCray will draw the start at right guard as long as Bell remains sidelined. With Bryan Bulaga (knee) also questionable to return, the Packers' offensive line could prove a liability Week 13.

Packers' Byron Bell: Expected to start Week 4
The Packers expect Bell to start at right guard Sunday against the Bills, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Bell would be replacing Justin McCray (shoulder) with the first-unit. McCray's injury is not expected to keep him sidelined long-term, but Bell could see a big role in the immediate future. He suited up for 12 games in Dallas last year but saw just two starts.

Packers' Byron Bell: Heads to colder weather
Bell signed with the Packers on Tuesday, Jori Epstein of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Bell has made 74 starts since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2011, and he spent 2017 with the Cowboys. The 29-year-old is comfortable at right tackle, but that position is manned by veteran Bryan Bulaga. Therefore, Bell will likely vie for the right guard position along with Justin McCray. If he loses that competition, Bell could serve as the next man up behind the oft-injured Bulaga.

Cowboys' Byron Bell: Poised to start at left tackle Sunday
Bell is on track to start at left tackle Sunday against the Eagles with Tyron Smith (groin/back) unlikely to play, Jane Slater of NFL Network reports.
The Cowboys struggled mightily to replace Smith, a four-time All-Pro, in the Week 10 loss to the Falcons, with his replacement in the starting lineup, Chaz Green, surrendering five sacks. Green was pulled in favor of Bell later in the contest, but the 28-year-old didn't fare much better, conceding two sacks in relief. It nonetheless appears that will be enough to earn Bell the right to protect Dak Prescott's blind side in Week 10, which could inhibit the productivity of the Dallas offense for the second week in a row.

Cowboys' Byron Bell: Healthy again
Bell (ankle) participated in drills at Cowboys' practice, David Helman of the team's official site reports.
Bell spent most of 2016 on injured reserve with an ankle injury. He was signed to a one-year, "prove-it" deal in March, and now he'll be healthy enough to fight for a spot on one of the best offensive fronts in football.
