Lions' Zaviar Gooden: Signed to active roster
Gooden was signed to the Lions' active 53-man roster on Saturday, James Palmer of NFL.com reports.
In the wake of OLBs DeAndre Levy (quadriceps) and Antwione Williams (hamstring) being ruled out for the Lions' divisional showdown with the Packers on Sunday, Detroit only had two healthy outside linebackers left standing. Wideout Aaron Dobson was released to make room.
