The 2013 first-round pick spent the majority of his career with the Rams but also had stints with the Jets, Giants and Bears. Bears' Alec Ogletree: Concludes bounce-back season
Ogletree notched four tackles in the Bears' 31-17 Week 18 loss to the Vikings, and he ended the season with 87 tackles.
After playing just two games with the Jets in 2020, Ogletree returned to the type of production he posted between 2017-2019 with the Rams and Giants. He'll be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and he should have little trouble finding a role that allows him to remain as a high-floor IDP.

Bears' Alec Ogletree: Tallies eight stops
Ogletree recorded eight tackles in the Bears' 29-3 win over the Giants on Sunday.
After being an inconsistent IDP for most of the season, Ogletree has now posted exactly eight tackles in each of his last three games, and he'll be projected as a high-floor fantasy option in Week 18 against the Vikings.

Bears' Alec Ogletree: Another strong performance
Ogletree notched eight stops in the Bears' 25-24 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
After averaging five tackles per game through Week 14, Ogletree has put together back-to-back eight-tackle efforts. Although he's struggled with consistency over the season, his recent efforts could make him worth a lineup spot in IDP leagues in Week 17 against the Giants.

Bears' Alec Ogletree: Notches eight stops
Ogletree recorded eight tackles in the Bears' 17-9 loss to the Vikings on Monday.
Ogletree has now posted more than five tackles on just three occasions this season while not recording a sack. As a linebacker, his best value is in deeper IDP leagues that require a number of players at each position in weekly lineups.

Bears' Alec Ogletree: Full practice Thursday
Ogletree (ankle) was able to log a full practice Thursday.
The linebacker improved upon his limited participation from Wednesday, setting him up to make his return Sunday against the Ravens after missing Week 9 with an ankle injury he apparently was able to overcome during the Week 10 bye. Ogletree will head into the contest against Baltimore with 41 tackles and three pass deflections thus far this season.

Bears' Alec Ogletree: Ruled out
Ogletree (ankle) will not play in Monday's game against the Steelers.
Ogletree was a non-participant at practice all week, so his questionable designation seemed a little optimistic when it was handed out. The Bears have ultimately opted to err on the side of caution with their starting inside linebacker. Look for Danny Trevathan to see an increased role as a result of his absence.
