Bronson Kaufusi: Signs with Packers' practice squad
Green Bay signed Kaufusi to the practice squad Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Kaufusi established himself as a favorite of quarterback Aaron Rodgers this preseason, so it's no surprise to see him get a chance to continue his development via the practice squad. Since joining the NFL as a third-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016, Kaufusi has only appeared in nine career contests.

Bronson Kaufusi: Cut by Green Bay
The Packers cut Kaufusi on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Kaufusi has only played in nine NFL games over the past four years. The 2016 third-round pick was a long shot -- despite rave reviews from Aaron Rodgers -- to make the initial 53-man roster, as the Packers have experience and depth throughout their tight end corps. Green Bay will likely look to bring him back on its practice squad if he doesn't draw interest elsewhere.

Ravens' Bronson Kaufusi: Ready to return
Kaufusi (ankle) is eager to make his NFL debut after being sidelined for his rookie season.
Kaufusi is reportedly back to full health after breaking his ankle prior to the 2016 season. The third-round pick is expected to compete for a starting job on the Ravens' defense. He figures to compete with Brent Urban and rookie Chris Wormley for a starting defensive end role. Even if he does not get the starting nod, the BYU product will presumably see playing time in a rotational role regardless. Barring any setbacks, he should enter training camp healthy and hungry.
