Milano registered 10 tackles (nine solo), including 2.0 sacks, and forced a fumble Sunday in a 35-31 win against New England.
Milano put forth a monstrous effort in the comeback victory. He not only led Buffalo in tackles, he also sacked Drake Maye twice -- both in the second half. Milano's tackle total was a season-high mark and his most in a game since the 2023 campaign.

Milano has appeared in three games for the Bills this year, recording 15 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, over 100 defensive snaps. Milano is set to miss his third game in the last four weeks after aggravating his pectoral injury in the team's Week 5 loss to versus the Patriots. In the 31-year-old's absence, Shaq Thompson should get the start at linebacker once again. Head coach Sean McDermott said Monday that Milano is "week-to-week" due to a pectoral injury that he aggravated during the first half of Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Patriots, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
A pectoral injury kept Milano sidelined in the two games prior to Week 5. He was given the green light to play against New England, when he played 32 snaps on defense and made an immediate impact with six tackles (three solo), but the veteran linebacker did not see the field for the entire second half after aggravating the injury. Milano is in jeopardy of being sidelined for the Bills' Week 6 clash against the Falcons on Monday, Oct. 13, so his practice participation over the coming week will be worth monitoring closely. Shaq Thompson would be in line to see a bigger role at linebacker if Milano were to miss time.
