Jimmy Staten: Parts ways with Titans
Staten (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with the Titans on Monday, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Staten went down with an undisclosed injury during camp. He was ultimately waived by the Titans before reverting to their injured reserve. He will now be free to find a new opportunity once he regains his health.

Titans' Jimmy Staten: Ends up on injured reserve
Staten (undisclosed) cleared waivers and reverted to the Titans' injured reserve Sunday, Jimmy Morris of MusicCityMiracles.com reports.
It is unclear what injury Staten is dealing with. Unless he and the team can come to terms on an injury settlement, he'll spend the entire season on injured reserve.
