Colts' Isaiah Johnson: Lands on injured reserve
Johnson cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve with an undisclosed injury on Sunday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Johnson was waived/injured by the Colts on Saturday but will remain with the team after going unclaimed on waivers. The 27-year-old will miss the rest of the season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.

Johnson was promoted in light of Tampa Bay currently dealing with hip injuries to safeties Keith Tandy and T.J. Ward, as both are considered doubtful to play in Thursday night's contest against the Patriots. Johnson will serve as a depth option Thursday behind Chris Conte and Justin Evans, who are expected to start in the secondary.
