Ravens' Dre'Mont Jones: Heads to Baltimore
The Ravens acquired Jones from the Titans on Monday in exchange for a 2026 conditional fifth-round draft pick, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Jones provides immediate pass-rush help to Baltimore, as he's logged 4.5 sacks over his past four games. His additional fills a critical need for the Ravens, who are currently tied for second-to-last in the NFL in sacks this season with 11. Jones also gives Baltimore important versatility, as he can line up both on the edge and along the interior. He had logged between 3.5 and 6.5 sacks in each of his first six NFL campaigns coming into 2025.

Titans' Dre'Mont Jones: Records sack in loss
Jones tallied two solo tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in Tennessee's loss to the Colts on Sunday.
Jones was one of the Titans' few bright spots during the blowout loss, as he recorded one of the team's two sacks. The 28-year-old has now registered a sack in three consecutive games and will look to keep the streak going during the Week 9 matchup versus the Chargers.

Jones dealt with a knee injury throughout the week but was able to suit up Sunday. He was on the field for 75 percent of Tennessee's defensive snaps and picked up a sack for the second straight contest. Jones has 20 tackles, including 2.0 sacks, through seven games this season.

Jones missed the final two practices of the week due to a knee injury, but he has done enough in pregame warmups to be given the green light to play Sunday. His availability is crucial for a Titans' defense that will be without Arden Key (quadriceps) for a second consecutive game, which opens the door for Jaylen Harrell and Jihad Ward to see more snaps at outside linebacker in Week 7. Jones has 17 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one fumble recovery through the first six games of the regular season.

Despite logging consecutive DNPs to finish the Titans' week of practice, Jones still has a chance to suit up Sunday. The 28-year-old has appeared in all six of Tennessee's games thus far, recording 17 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, over 265 defensive snaps. If he's sidelined in Week 7, Jihad Ward is likely to start as one of the Titans' top outside linebackers.

Jones wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, so the knee injury that's currently sidelining him may have occurred during practice. The veteran linebacker is fresh off a season-best performance, having racked up five tackles (one solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Tennessee's loss to the Raiders in Week 6, so it would be a notable blow for the Titans' defense if he can't suit up Sunday versus the Patriots. Jihad Ward and Jaylen Harrell will be canidates to handle increased workloads if Jones misses any time.
