Taylor signed with the Patriots' practice squad Wednesday.
Taylor was picked up by the Patriots after being waived by the Texans on Monday. The 28-year-old was recently activated off injured reserve, playing in just four games this season, accounting for three tackles (one solo) on 35 defensive snaps and 29 on special teams.

Taylor was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday and was able to log consecutive full practices to close out the week.
