Vikings' Bisi Johnson: Heads to IR
The Vikings placed Johnson (knee) on injured reserve Monday, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Johnson tore the ACL in his left knee during Saturday's preseason finale against Denver, and barring an injury settlement, will now miss the entire 2022 campaign. The 2019 seventh-round pick suffered the same injury last year, only in the other knee.

Vikings' Bisi Johnson: Tears ACL
Johnson sustained a torn ACL in his left knee during Saturday's preseason game at Denver, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
At the start of training camp last summer, Johnson tore an ACL in his right knee and missed the entire 2021 campaign. Now, he's suffered the same injury this year, only in the other knee. The fourth-year wide receiver now will miss back-to-back seasons due to injury.

Vikings' Bisi Johnson: Leaves with knee injury
Johnson left Saturday's preseason finale versus the Broncos early with a knee injury, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Johnson exited the contest in the second half, but the exact extent of his injury has yet to be determined. The wide receiver is now a question mark for Week 1 against the Packers on Sept. 11.

Vikings' Bisi Johnson: Three receptions Saturday
Johnson had three receptions on six targets for 29 yards in Saturday's preseason loss to San Francisco.
Johnson suffered a torn ACL in training camp last July and missed the entire 2021 season, but he's back to full speed this summer. He worked as the No. 3 receiver at times in 2020 before sliding down the depth chart late that season. Despite his return, he appears far behind in the competition for the No. 4 receiver role, and it's not clear if he'll win one of the final reserve spots at the position.

Vikings' Bisi Johnson: Returns to practice
Johnson (knee) was a full participant in Tuesday's OTA practice, Matthew Collier of SI.com reports.
Johnson suffered a torn ACL in training camp last July and missed the entire 2021 season. He worked as the No. 3 receiver at times in 2020 before sliding down the depth chart late in that season. He'll be in the mix for the No. 4 receiver role in training camp this summer if he's in fact back to full strength.

Johnson has cleared COVID protocols, but he remains on injured reserve. The 2019 seventh-round pick isn't expected to play this season after tearing his ACL during training camp.
