Bears' Nate Davis: Week-to-week with injury
Head coach Matt Eberflus said after Thursday's practice that Davis (undisclosed) is dealing with a soft-tissue injury and is considered week-to-week, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.
No further details have been provided, but Davis will miss the Bears' preseason opener against the Bills on Saturday, and the 27-year-old guard could also be held out against the Bengals on Aug. 17. Matt Pryor and Ja'Tyre Carter are candidates to serve as the starting right guard for Saturday's contest in Davis' absence.

Bears' Nate Davis: Returns to practice Sunday
Davis (undisclosed) is practicing Sunday, Sean Hammong of Shaw Local reports.
Davis suffered an injury during practice July 27 and ended up sitting out for a week. However, he's back on the practice field Sunday, so the issue doesn't appear to be serious. Davis may be worked back into practice cautiously given the amount of time he was sidelined.

Bears' Nate Davis: Exits practice with injury
Davis (undisclosed) departed from Saturday's practice early due to an injury, Adam Jahns of The Athletic reports.
Head coach Matt Eberflus characterized the injury as a "strain" but didn't indicate which area of Davis' body was hurt. Injuries were an issue for the offensive lineman last season, as he played in only 11 games due to separate ankle and foot issues. The severity of his current issue isn't yet certain, but if he's able to recover relatively quickly, Davis is expected to open the regular season as Chicago's starting right guard.

Bears' Nate Davis: Limited at minicamp
Davis (foot) was spotted working out in a limited fashion during Wednesday's minicamp, Alyssa Barbieri of USA Today reports.
Davis sustained a foot injury during the Bears' 2023 season finale and he is still going through the recovery process. Head coach Matt Eberflus told reporters Thursday that Davis will be the team's starting right guard heading into the 2024 season, and he expects the 27-year-old to be back at full health by the beginning of training camp.
