Travis Toivonen: Let go Tuesday
Toivonen was cut from the Vikings' practice squad Tuesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Toivonen joined Minnesota after he was a part of the Giants' final roster cuts at the end of August. The 24-year-old has also spent time with the Seahawks, but he's yet to make his NFL debut. He'll now work to find an opportunity elsewhere.

Travis Toivonen: Joins Vikings' practice squad
The Vikings signed Toivonen to their practice squad Thursday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Toivonen was waived by the Giants during the recent wave of roster cuts, but the 6-foot-4, 212-pounder will now provide Minnesota with added wideout depth and is a candidate for a promotion to the active roster should injuries hit the team's wide receiver unit.

Travis Toivonen: Let go again
The Giants waived Toivonen on Monday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reprots.
Toivonen signed a futures deal with the Giants in January after joining the team's practice squad in early December. He was let go in July to make room for a wave of new additions but was brought back Friday to serve as depth during New York's preseason finale. He played 19 offensive snaps and caught both of his targets for 29 yards during the exhibition game, but he's yet to make his regular-season NFL debut.

The Giants signed Toivonen on Friday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Toivonen signed a futures deal with the Giants in January after joining the team's practice squad in early December. However, he was let go at the end of July to make room for a wave of new additions. Nonetheless, with New York's wideout room banged up, Toivonen will return to the Giants to provide depth for Sunday's preseason finale against the Jets.
