Cooks was elevated from the Jaguars' practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's matchup versus Houston. Cooks was previously elevated for Week 9, but he played only three offensive snaps and didn't record any stats against the Eagles. • Jaguars' Elijah Cooks: No catches in finale

Cooks wasn't targeted against the Titans in Week 18 and finished the season with three catches for 38 yards in nine games. The rookie UDFA played in nine games but was only active in the passing game once, as all three of his catches came during Week 13 at Tampa Bay.
