Cooks was previously elevated for Week 9, but he played only three offensive snaps and didn't record any stats against the Eagles. The San Jose State product didn't make the cut for Jacksonville's initial 53-man roster, but he's found a spot on the practice squad. Cooks appeared in nine games for the Jaguars in 2023, hauling in three of his four targets for 38 yards and no touchdowns while playing 147 total snaps (105 offensive and 42 on special teams).
