Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Five catches against KC
Ferguson caught five of six targets for 36 yards in Thursday's 31-28 win over Kansas City.
The tight end nearly hauled in his eighth TD of the season late in the third quarter on a 13-yard toss from Dak Prescott, but replay showed that Ferguson's second foot got tangled up with his defenders and never landed in bounds at the back of the end zone. It was still the fourth straight game in which he's caught at least four passes, and Ferguson has 70 receptions on the season -- one short of the career high he set in 2023, and second among all tight ends this year behind Trey McBride's 80. Ferguson will look to establish that new personal best Week 14 against the Lions.

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Role remains consistent
Ferguson recorded five catches on six targets for 60 yards in Sunday's 24-21 win over the Eagles.
Ferguson continued to serve as the third option in the Dallas passing offense behind both George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb. He had one of his better showings in recent weeks, logging lengthy receptions of 19, 17 and 12 yards. Ferguson may not have many spike performances so long as both Pickens and Lamb are healthy, but he has at least four catches in three straight games while reaching 50 yards twice in that span.

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Catches seventh touchdown
Ferguson recorded four receptions (on five targets) for 16 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 33-16 win over the Raiders.
George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb dominated targets, leaving Ferguson with limited opportunity that came exclusively in short areas of the field. That led to Ferguson's second-lowest yardage output of the season, and he now has fewer than 30 receiving yards in three of four games since Lamb returned from an ankle sprain. Positively, Ferguson did find the end zone on a five-yard reception to save his fantasy performance, which marked his seventh touchdown of the season.

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Reemerges in offense Monday
Ferguson brought in five of seven targets for 50 yards in the Cowboys' 27-17 loss to the Cardinals on Monday night.
Following a rare Week 8 blanking against the Broncos, Ferguson bounced back Monday night to finish third across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Cowboys. The talented tight end did lose a fumble deep in Cardinals territory just past the halfway point of the second quarter, however, and although the turnover didn't directly lead to any points for Arizona, it certainly robbed Dallas of a scoring opportunity. Ferguson has at least five receptions in all but two games and a career-high six touchdown catches heading into the Week 10 bye, but he's also averaging a career-low 6.9 yards per grab.

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Blanked by Broncos
Ferguson didn't catch his only target in Sunday's 44-24 loss to the Broncos.
Ferguson has been one of the league's most productive tight ends in 2025, but he laid an egg against a tough Denver defense. He came into Sunday's loss riding a four-game, six-touchdown streak, and Ferguson had previously fallen short of five catches only once all season. Dallas' entire passing offense struggled, as Dak Prescott failed to throw a touchdown pass. Ferguson and his teammates will likely put forth a better performance at home against the Cardinals in Week 9.
