Bubba Bolden: Serves three-game suspension
The NFL reinstated Bolden from his suspension Tuesday, per the NFL transaction log.
Bolden was suspended by the NFL in late August for three games. The 25-year-old safety will now be able to sign with a team in need of depth in the secondary. He has yet to play a snap in an NFL regular-season game since joining the league as an undrafted free agent in 2022.

Bubba Bolden: Suspended three weeks
The NFL suspended Bolden for the first three weeks of the 2024 season, Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.
The reason for the suspension isn't yet clear, but it will prevent Bolden from suiting up until at least Week 4. As it is, the safety doesn't currently have a team. Bolden most recently spent time with Cleveland in training camp last year but was eventually waived from IR with an injury settlement, and a subsequent workout with Green Bay didn't lead to a signing.

Bubba Bolden: Works out with Green Bay
The Packers worked out Bolden on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
After being waived from injured reserve by Cleveland back in August, Bolden is looking for a chance to catch on in Green Bay. With six healthy safeties on the active roster though, it's not likely the Packers are going to activate anyone from the practice squad at that position in the near future.

Bubba Bolden: Injury settlement agreed upon
Bolden (hamstring) and the Browns came to terms on an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Bolden reverted to Cleveland's injured reserve after going unclaimed off waivers. The result of his injury settlement is that he is now free to look for a new landing spot once he fully recovers from his hamstring injury. The second-year safety was on the practice squad with both the Seahawks and Browns during his rookie campaign and has yet to suit up for a regular-season game.

Bolden (hamstring) reverted to the Browns' injured reserve Sunday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Bolden was waived with an injury designation Saturday but reverted to injured reserve a day later after clearing waivers. Unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Browns, he'll be forced to miss the 2023 season.

Cleveland waived Bolden (hamstring) from injured reserve with an injury designation Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Bolden suffered the hamstring injury during Friday's preseason loss to the Commanders, but the severity remains unclear. However, if the 2022 UDFA clears waivers, he'll revert to the Browns' injured reserve and be forced to miss the entire 2023 campaign, barring an injury settlement.

Browns' Bubba Bolden: Suffers hamstring injury
Bolden left Friday's 17-15 preseason defeat to the Commanders due to a hamstring injury, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
An undrafted free agent in 2022, Bolden has yet to see his first regular-season action, and he now is in danger of missing all-important time during training camp and exhibition season. If healthy, his next opportunity to play is Thursday in Philadelphia.
