Alex Quevedo: Let go by New Orleans
The Saints waived Quevedo on Wednesday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Quevedo signed a future deal with the Saints in January, but he won't make it to training camp with New Orleans. The undrafted product out of Central Oklahoma went 134-for-138 on extra-point tries and 28-for-39 on field-goal tries during his time in college.
