It's not clear what type of injury Mondeaux is tending to, but in any case, he'll be forced to miss at least Jacksonville's next four games. In the event the Jaguars advance to the Super Bowl, Mondeaux would be eligible to return for that contest.

Jacksonville signed Mondeaux (undisclosed) to its practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
In a corresponding move, the Jaguars cut Ross Blacklock from their practice squad. Mondeaux is still waiting to make his 2023 debut.

The Jaguars released Mondeaux (undisclosed) off injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Mondeaux is now able to seek opportunities elsewhere after being placed on the team's injured reserve list on Aug. 14. He signed with Jacksonville in March after registering 16 tackles in 11 games with the Giants last season.
