Denbow (knee) was placed on injured reserve Monday.
Denbow suffered the injury on the opening kickoff of Sunday's loss to the Texans and was ruled out for the remainder of the game soon after. The SMU product will now be forced to miss the Colts' next four games, while Ronnie Harrison was signed to the active roster from the practice squad to fill Denbow's role.

Denbow (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Texans.
Denbow injured his leg on the opening kickoff, and he was promptly ruled out after going to the locker room. Rodney Thomas will be the Colts' lone backup safety for the rest of Sunday's game behind starters Julian Blackmon and Nick Cross.

Colts' Trevor Denbow: Ready to practie
Denbow (undisclosed) was designated to return from IR on Wednesday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Denbow was injured during training camp after signing with the team as an UDFA out of SMU. He now has a 21-day window to practice with the team before needing to be placed on the 53-man roster. Once he's ready to play, he'll likely provide special-teams and secondary depth for the Colts.

Denbo is dealing with an undisclosed injury that will force him to sit out at least the first four games of this regular season.
