Green Bay signed Fenwick to the practice squad Tuesday.
Fenwick has been without a team since failing to make the Patriots' 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He gives the Packers added depth at running back and could be elevated to the active roster if Josh Jacobs, Chris Brooks or Emanuel Wilson were to miss time due to injury, illness or suspension.

Deshaun Fenwick: Won't make 53-man roster
The Patriots waived Fenwick on Monday.
Fenwick was let go and brought back by the Patriots earlier in August after agreeing to join the team as an undrafted free agent in April. The Oregon State product appeared in 13 games during his final collegiate season, tallying 591 yards from scrimmage and seven touchdowns on 105 total touches.

Patriots' Deshaun Fenwick: Back with New England
The Patriots signed Fenwick on Monday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Fenwick signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in late April, but he was waived by New England on Aug. 2. Now that he's back, he'll resume competing against JaMycal Hasty and Terrell Jennings for a depth spot at running back.

Deshaun Fenwick: Waived by Pats
Fenwick was waived by the Patriots on Friday.
Fenwick will depart from New England after competing for a reserve running-back spot since being signed in April. The undrafted free agent running back rushed 96 times for 515 yards and five touchdowns in 13 games with Oregon State during his senior campaign.
