Brown played just five offensive snaps and received his only touch of the game during the fourth quarter, which he fumbled away. It was the 26-year-old's first offensive touch since Week 9, and his lax ball security will likely further limit his opportunities.

Thursday's full participation comes on the heels of Brown's limited session Wednesday. His progress is encouraging, but Brown still has to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, which includes an evaluation by an independent neurologist, in order to suit up Sunday against the Texans. Brown (concussion) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
Brown suffered a concussion during the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Raiders, exiting shortly before Brian Thomas (ankle) suffered an injury of his own. The Jaguars then traded for Jakobi Meyers on Tuesday and got Tim Patrick (groin) back to full practice participation Wednesday, adding to the long list of potential starters at WR for Sunday's game against Houston. Much will depend on the health of Thomas and Brown.
