Texans' Eli Cox: Activated off PUP list
The Texans activated Cox (undisclosed) off the active/PUP list Saturday, Howard Balzer of USA Today reports.
Cox is healthy again after having been sidelined for the start of training camp due to an undisclosed injury. The rookie undrafted free agent will now spend the remainder of the summer competing for a roster spot. He is also a candidate to land on the team's practice squad.

Texans' Eli Cox: Placed on PUP list
Cox (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Texans on Wednesday.
Cox signed with Houston as an undrafted free agent in May after finishing his collegiate career at Kentucky. He'll open camp on the sidelines with an undisclosed injury, but he is eligible to return to practice and play at any point in the preseason.
