Xavier Restrepo: Reverts to practice squad
Restrepo (ankle) reverted to the Titans' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Restrepo was elevated to the Titans' active roster for a second consecutive week, and he played 11 of 59 offensive snaps during Tennessee's 25-3 loss to Jacksonville on Sunday. He finished the game with a 15-yard catch late in the fourth quarter, but he suffered an ankle injury during that play that was severe enough for him to be carted off the field. The undrafted rookie out of Miami showed promise in his two regular-season appearances with the Titans, but his ankle injury puts him in jeopardy of missing the rest of 2025.

Restrepo (ankle) was carted off the field toward the end of the fourth quarter of the Titans' 25-3 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Restrepo made his NFL regular-season debut in Week 12 and finished with two catches (on six targets) for 26 yards. He was elevated to the active roster to play in Sunday's game and hauled in his lone target for 15 yards, but he suffered a serious ankle injury late, which puts his availability for the rest of the 2025 season in jeopardy.

Restrepo was elevated from the Titans' practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
The undrafted rookie from Miami will join the Titans' active roster for the second consecutive week ahead of Sunday's divisional matchup against the Jaguars. In the Week 12 loss to the Seahawks, Restrepo received the third-most targets on the team (six), though he caught just two passes for 26 yards. With Calvin Ridley (fibula - IR) sidelined for the rest of the season and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) ruled out for Week 12, the Titans will add depth to their wide receiver corps by calling up Restrepo from the practice squad. After going undrafted in April, Restrepo signed with Tennessee to reunite with his college quarterback, Cameron Ward. Restrepo played in all three preseason contests but caught just three passes for 26 yards on six targets. He's expected to be a candidate for the Titans' practice squad if he clears waivers.

Titans' Xavier Restrepo: Working closely with Ward
Restrepo has worked closely doing individual drills and studying film with quarterback Cameron Ward, Alaina Morris of the Nashville Tennessean reports.
Restrepo has a difficult path to making the Titans' roster, but he has had the help of Ward -- his college teammate at Miami -- since signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in April. Coach Brian Callahan has also noted Restrepo's work ethic, saying the rookie wide receiver is doing everything he can to play well and that things he accomplishes on the field aren't captured by traditional metrics. The latter refers to Restrepo's relative lack of athleticism, which could be another barrier to him making the roster.

Xavier Restrepo: Teaming up with Ward again
Restrepo is slated to sign with the Titans as an undrafted free agent, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Operating with No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward last season at Miami, Restrepo recorded 69 catches for 1,127 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. With the effort, Restrepo surpassed Reggie Wayne for the most receiving yards (2,884) in school history and also set the all-time mark for receptions. At the combine, Rrestrepo measured in at 5-foot-10, 209 pounds, meaning he's likely destined for the slot in the NFL while reuniting with Ward in Tennessee.
