Rams' Daniel Rickert: Reverts to IR
Rickert (knee) reverted to the Rams' injured reserve Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Rickert suffered a knee injury during Sunday's preseason game versus the Saints and will now be forced to miss the entirety of the 2026 campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement. He had just signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent earlier this month.

The linebacker will revert to Los Angeles' injured-reserve list unless he's claimed by another team. If he lands on IR, he will need to reach an injury settlement with the Rams to have a chance to play in 2026. Rickert signed with LA as an undrafted free agent earlier in August.
