Rangers' Scott Morrow: Two goals for Hartford
Morrow scored twice for AHL Hartford's 3-2 loss to Cleveland on Wednesday.
Morrow has been back in the AHL in four games, earning two goals and two assists. He has nine points over 18 outings with Hartford, as well as six assists through 29 appearances for the Rangers. It wouldn't be surprising to see the 23-year-old get another look in the NHL before the end of the campaign.

Rangers' Urho Vaakanainen: Records helper
Vaakanainen notched an assist in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Flames.
Vaakanainen has played in the last two games. The 27-year-old defenseman's path to playing time is a little clearer when Scott Morrow is in the AHL, though Vaakanainen will still need to fend off Vincent Iorio for minutes. Through 29 appearances this season, Vaakanainen has five helpers, 21 shots on net, 23 blocked shots and 14 PIM, so he's not much of a consideration in most fantasy formats.

Rangers' Gabe Perreault: Adds two apples in win
Perreault recorded two assists, put two shots on net and served two PIM in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Flames.
Perreault secured a two-point night on New York's final two goals, which were both scored by his linemate, Alexis Lafreniere. The pair of helpers brought Perreault up to nine assists, 15 points, 46 shots on net, 20 hits and 16 blocked shots across 31 games this season. While the campaign has been a down year for the Rangers overall, the emergence of Perreault has been a positive takeaway. The 23rd overall selection from the 2023 NHL Entry Draft has taken a step up in March, where he has three multi-point performances across five games. If the 20-year-old winger continues to remain involved offensively, he'll likely be a staple in the Rangers' top six for years to come.

Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Slides two helpers Tuesday
Zibanejad supplied two assists and placed two shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Calgary.
Zibanejad played a hand in the first of Alexis Lafreniere's three goals in the contest, with the opening goal occurring on a power play. The pair of apples brought Zibanejad up to 34 assists, 61 points, 172 shots on net, 84 hits and 42 blocked shots across 63 games played this season. Over his last six games, the 32-year-old center has five helpers, nine points and 18 shots on goal. He has led by example since Artemi Panarin's departure to Los Angeles via a trade, which has given Zibanejad a high ceiling in fantasy for the remainder of the season.

Rangers' Conor Sheary: Finds twine in win
Sheary tallied a goal and put two shots on net in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Flames.
Sheary found the back of the net midway through the second period to double the Rangers' lead. With Tuesday's twine finder, he now has two goals, 10 points, 61 shots on net and 29 blocked shots across 44 games this season. The 33-year-old winger hasn't been able to thrive in a bottom-six role this season. He didn't have a point in 13 appearances going into Tuesday's contest, and hadn't scored a goal since Dec. 6 against Colorado.

Rangers' Alexis Lafreniere: Tallies hat trick Tuesday
Lafreniere scored three goals and fired three shots on net in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Calgary.
Lafreniere carried the torch for New York in Tuesday's contest, scoring a goal in the final four minutes of each period. Since returning from the Olympic break, the 24-year-old winger has been on fire offensively with six goals, 10 points and 18 shots on net across seven games. His recent surge has brought his season totals up to 18 goals, 42 points, 125 shots on net, 79 hits and 39 blocked shots over 64 games this season. While he took a step back in his point production last season, he is just three points shy of matching the 45 points he posted in 82 games a year ago. At his current scoring pace, he'll likely challenge his career high of 57 points, making him an excellent waiver-wire pickup for the time being.

Rangers' Jonathan Quick: Posts shutout Tuesday
Quick made 21 saves in Tuesday's 4-0 shutout win over the Flames.
Quick benefited from Alexis Lafreniere's hat trick, but also held his own in net and made three of his 21 saves on the Rangers' penalty kill. With Tuesday's victory, Quick now holds a 5-15-2 record, a 3.05 GAA and an .892 save percentage across 22 outings this season. The shutout was his second of the campaign, and the victory ended his four-game losing skid. While his record is partially a product of the Rangers' struggles as a team, the 40-year-old netminder could offer decent value as a spot starter for the remainder of 2025-26.

Rangers' Brett Berard: Sent back down
Berard was reassigned to AHL Hartford on Tuesday.
Berard was a healthy scratch Tuesday after getting called up earlier in the day. The 23-year-old will head to Hartford for now, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see him back with the big club before the end of the campaign.

Rangers' Matthew Robertson: Logs helper Monday
Robertson notched an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
Robertson ended a six-game point drought with the helper. He continues to play regularly in a third-pairing role as he looks to finish the season strong to strengthen his position on the roster for 2026-27. The blueliner has 12 points, 55 shots on net, 81 hits, 64 blocked shots, 30 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 53 appearances.

Rangers' Vladislav Gavrikov: Earns two assists in win
Gavrikov logged two assists and two PIM in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
Gavrikov is on a five-game point streak, earning three goals and three assists in that span. The 30-year-old defenseman continues to trend toward a career year. He's at 27 points (12 goals, 15 helpers) with 94 shots on net, 88 blocked shots, 36 PIM, 38 hits and a minus-14 rating over 63 appearances in a top-four role.

Rangers' Noah Laba: One of each Monday
Laba scored a goal and added an assist in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
Laba tallied just 1:04 into the game and assisted on a Tye Kartye goal late in the second period. With three points over his last two games, Laba appears to have some growing chemistry alongside Kartye in a third-line role. For the season, Laba is at 19 points, 57 shots on net, 86 hits, 37 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 60 appearances, emerging as a solid defensive forward in his rookie campaign.

Rangers' Gabe Perreault: Two power-play points in win
Perreault scored a goal and added an assist, both on the power play, in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
Perreault has a pair of multi-point efforts over four contests in March. The 20-year-old forward is getting a look on the top line and first power-play unit, so he'll be an intriguing player in fantasy over the rest of the campaign if he can keep those roles. He's up to six goals, 13 points (four on the power play), 44 shots on net and a minus-3 rating through 30 appearances this season.

Rangers' Brendan Brisson: Sent to Hartford
Brisson was assigned to AHL Hartford on Tuesday.
Brett Berard was summoned from the minors in a corresponding transaction. Brisson did not draw into the lineup Monday in Philadelphia following his call-up Sunday. The 2020 first-round pick by the Golden Knights has recorded 15 goals, 12 helpers, 52 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 49 appearances with the Wolf Pack in 2025-26.

Rangers' Brett Berard: Recalled from minors
Berard was promoted from AHL Hartford on Tuesday.
Berard will change places with Brendan Brisson, who was sent down in a corresponding move. In his previous 13 NHL appearances, the 23-year-old Berard failed to write his name on the scoresheet, notching 17 hits, 10 shots and nine blocks.

Rangers' Jonathan Quick: In goal Tuesday
Quick will be in goal at home versus the Flames on Tuesday, Remy Mastey of The Hockey News reports.
Quick will get the nod for just the second time in the Rangers' last seven contests, having given up five goals on 34 shots to the Devils in his other outing. With little to play for the rest of the way, head coach Mike Sullivan could give Quick a few extra starts in what could be the 40-year-old backstop's final season.

Rangers' Alexis Lafreniere: Pots power-play winner Monday
Lafreniere scored the game-winning goal on the power play and added an even-strength assist in Monday's 6-2 victory over the Flyers.
Both points came in the first period as New York surged to a 3-0 lead before intermission. The game-winner was Lafreniere's fourth of the season, one shy of his career high, while the power-play goal was his career-high fourth of the campaign. The first overall pick in the 2020 draft has taken full advantage of the larger role handed to him since Artemi Panarin played his last game for the Rangers -- over the last 11 games, Lafreniere has five goals and 11 points.

Rangers' Tye Kartye: Two points in Philly
Kartye produced a goal and an assist in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
After helping to set up Noah Laba for the game's opening tally early in the first period, Kartye wrapped up the scoring for the Rangers himself late in the second. Kartye has a goal and three points in the last two games, but offense isn't his primary role -- over five contests since joining the Rangers, he's dished out 18 hits.

Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Big night on power play
Trocheck notched three power-play assists in Monday's 6-2 win over the Flyers.
The veteran center sat out last Thursday's game in case the Rangers had been able to work out a trade for him, but that hiccup hasn't interrupted Trocheck's momentum. He's gotten onto the scoresheet in five straight appearances, and over his last 14 games, Trocheck has piled up a goal and 16 points, with seven of his helpers coming on the power play.
