Senior LB Damario Jeffery has had a solid spring as he prepares for one last chance to live up to his four-star recruit hype. “I came in to be the guy, and I couldn’t adjust to the scheme quickly,” he said. “They figured I couldn’t do it, and so they brought in Antonio (Allen), and he blossomed into the role of the starter. I was kind of the guy for a short period, and I couldn’t adjust.”
