Redshirt sophomore QB Joe Brennan took snaps with the No. 2 offense during the scrimmage Saturday. Coach Bret Bielema said he’s pushing Brennan to improve and insisted Joel Stave hasn’t earned the top slot, despite work with the starters. “(We) want to stress to Joey to keep moving forward -- he’s got to be consistent with his throws, reads and reaction,” Bielema said. “He’s got a nice arm, he just has to be more consistent.”
