QBs Joe Brennan and Joel Stave weren’t crisp participating in their first live scrimmage. Coach Bret Bielema has been pleased with the pair’s spring work but said both struggled Saturday because of spotty protection from the O-line. “Confidence in the huddle [has improved],” Bielema said. “They’re light years ahead of where they were a year ago. We want them always to be better, but I think they can continue to grow.”
