Clemson is surging, coming off the biggest win of the season at home against Lamar Jackson and Louisville on Saturday night in Death Valley. The Tigers showed the resilience of a team that's been on the game's biggest stage, because when you win 56 games over a five-year stretch you end up in these kind of title bouts.
This week, Dabo Swinney's Clemson program will be the focus of a story by Jack Ford on 60 Minutes Sports. Showtime has released a clip of the story, which will air in its entirety on Tuesday night's show (8 p.m. ET), that features both Swinney and senior linebacker Ben Boulware explaining the program's approach to college football.
"Because we work too hard to be miserable," Swinney said when asked why he likes for the team to have so much fun. "Nobody's gonna outwork us. Nobody's gonna be tougher than us. Nobody's gonna be more driven than us, but we're gonna enjoy doing it. And I think that-- that the way to do that is you gotta create a great environment, and then, oh, by the way, we're winning."
60 Minutes Sports airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on Showtime.
