Trevor Daniel: Cleared from virus list
The Titans activated Daniel from the practice squad COVID-19 list Saturday, John Glennon of BroadwaySportsMedia.com reports.
It's still unclear if Daniel was placed on the list due to either testing positive for the virus or if he was deemed a high-risk close contact. In any event, Daniel will return to the practice squad to push for a 53-man roster spot during the last few weeks of the season.

Trevor Daniel: Lands on COVID list
Daniel (undisclosed) was placed on the Titans' practice squad COVID-19 list Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Daniel was let go by the Titans a couple weeks ago and remained with the organization on the practice squad, but he's now moved to the COVID-19 list. The 25-year-old either tested positive for the virus or is a high-risk close contact of an infected individual.

Trevor Daniel: Waived by Titans
Daniel was waived by the Titans on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
The Titans also added veteran punter Brett Kern (wrist) to the Designated for Return list, meaning he is more than likely to play Sunday against the Colts. Daniel filled in for two games while Kern was sidelined.

Titans' Trevor Daniel: Pulled up to active roster
Daniel has been promoted to the Titans' 53-man roster from the team's practice squad, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Daniel endured a disastrous Thursday night appearance against the Colts in Week 10, shanking one punt for a net of just 17 yards. On the subsequent offensive drive for Tennessee, Daniel had his punt blocked and recovered by Indianapolis' TJ Carrie for a touchdown. With Brett Kern (wrist) remaining on IR, Daniel has been recalled for another opportunity despite a shaky Titans debut. He'll be the starting punter Sunday for a road trip to Baltimore.

Trevor Daniel: Let go by Texans
The Texans waived Daniel on Tuesday.
Daniel averaged 43.5 yards per punt through two games, but he landed just two of 11 attempts inside the 20-yard line (18.2 percent). That's a steep dropoff compared to last year's 48.7 percent, so the Texans brought in Bryan Anger and cut Daniel.
