Duke Dawson: Reaches injury settlement
Dawson (undisclosed) was released by the Steelers from IR with an injury settlement Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The nature of Dawson's injury is still unknown, but the injury settlement means he will now be free to play again this season once his health allows it. The 27-year-old has not suited up for a regular-season game since 2020.

Dawson suffered a torn ACL in Week 14 of the 2020 season. He was designated to return from the PUP list on Nov. 4 and was able to return to practice. Whether or not Dawson will return Sunday against the Eagles remains to be seen, but with Patrick Surtain dealing with a sprained knee, he could help provide depth in the Broncos' secondary.
