Bars agreed to a one-year contract with the Raiders on Wednesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Bars started in 14 of his 15 appearances at right guard for the Raiders last season, his first with the organization. He could be a starter again in 2023, but Las Vegas is expected to add to its offensive line during the upcoming draft.
