Bengals' Cody Ford: Sitting out Week 15 with illness
Ford is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans due to an illness, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Ford hadn't been included on the Bengals' Week 15 injury report until he was added Saturday and listed as questionable after coming down with the illness. With Ford unable to show enough improvement overnight to play Sunday, the Bengals will be down both starters on the left side of the offensive line, as tackle Orlando Brown (leg) will miss a second straight game. Devin Cochran, Andrew Stueber and Andrew Coker are the candidates to take over at left tackle, while Cordell Volson will likely fill in at left guard.

Bengals' Cody Ford: Avoids injury report
Ford (head) wasn't listed on the Bengals' injury report Wednesday.
Ford sustained a head injury during training camp and remained in concussion protocols. Now healthy, the 2019 second-round pick will assume his reserve role on the offensive line for Week 1 at Cleveland.

Bengals' Cody Ford: Dealing with head injury
Ford suffered a concussion during practice Sunday, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Ford is now in the league's concussion protocols and will remain sidelined until he can make his way through them. The Oklahoma product joined the Bengals in March as a free agent after he spent the 2022 season with the Cardinals. The 26-year-old was working to make the team as a reserve on the offensive line, but now he'll focus on getting healthy.

Bengals' Cody Ford: Joins Cincinnati
Ford signed with the Bengals on Thursday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Ford spent last season with the Cardinals, appearing in 11 games and starting three. A second-round selection in the 2019 Draft by the Bills, he can play both guard and tackle, and should provide depth across the Bengals' offensive line.

Cardinals' Cody Ford: Returns to active roster
Ford (ankle) was activated from IR on Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ford will provide depth on the offensive line for the Cardinals now that he is healthy. However, with Justin Pugh (knee) out for the season, he could also bypass Max Garcia for the starting left guard job, if he proves worthy of the spot.
