Steelers' Donte Jackson: Sets career high in INTs in 2024
Jackson registered 38 tackles (28 solo) and eight pass defenses, including five interceptions, over 15 games during the 2024 regular season.
Jackson's first year in Pittsburgh following six seasons with Carolina was overall a success, as he paced the team with five pickoffs, which was also his career-best mark. The LSU product mostly avoided injuries, though he did miss two games near the end of the campaign with a back issue. Jackson was playing on a one-year contract and will be a free agent this offseason.

Steelers' Donte Jackson: Logs full practice Tuesday
Jackson (back) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice.
Jackson wasn't able to play in the Steelers' regular-season finale against the Bengals due to a back injury. His full participation in Pittsburgh's official practice of the week indicates that he has moved past the injury and should be able to play in the wild-card game against Baltimore on Saturday. Jackson played 15 games in the regular season as the starting outside corner opposite Joey Porter, and the former finished with 38 tackles (28 solo), eight pass defenses (including five interceptions) and one fumble recovery.

Steelers' Donte Jackson: Not playing against Cincinnati
Jackson (back) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Bengals, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Jackson was limited in the last two practices of the week due to a lingering back issue, and he hasn't progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to play in Saturday's regular-season finale. Cory Trice will likely start at outside corner alongside Joey Porter, and the duo will be responsible for slowing down the superstar wideout duo of Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

Steelers' Donte Jackson: Questionable to face Bengals
Jackson (back) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Bengals, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson popped up on Wednesday's injury report due to a lingering back injury, which caused him to be limited in the final two practices of the week. The Steelers are getting Joey Porter back for Saturday's regular-season finale, so Cory Trice would likely fill in as the second starting outside corner if Jackson is unable to play.
