Holland was let go by the Falcons on Thursday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Holland spent just a week as part of the Falcons' organization. He's only appeared in three career NFL games, none of which have come in the last two seasons.

Falcons' Jeff Holland: Headed to Atlanta
Holland agreed to terms on a contract with the Falcons on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The Auburn product hasn't seen NFL action since the 2018 campaign, where he produced six tackles in three games with Denver. Holland will hope to earn a depth spot at linebacker heading into the 2021 season.

Holland was waived by the Rams on Monday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
The 24-year-old joined the Rams on a reserve/future contract after the regular season, but he was let go with the team bringing on undrafted free agents. Holland appeared in three games with the Broncos in 2018 and had six tackles, but he didn't see the field last season.
