Kelly (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Browns on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Kelly was waived last Tuesday, then reverted to IR on Wednesday. Now that he's reached a settlement, he's free to look for an opportunity elsewhere.

Kelly (undisclosed) has reverted to the Browns' injured reserve, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Kelly will now have to spend the remainder of the 2022 season on the Browns' IR unless both he and the team can come to terms on an injury settlement once his health is back up to par.
