Evans was waived by the Panthers on Friday.
Evans has spent time with both the Rams and Panthers this offseason, but the undrafted rookie out of Louisville has yet to gain a foothold in the NFL. He'll hope to get a look from another NFL team in training camp.

Panthers' Tiyon Evans: Claimed by Carolina
The Panthers claimed Evans off waivers Thursday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports
Evans signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent in May but was let go by the team Tuesday. The Panthers wasted little time picking up Evans, who rushed for 525 yards and six touchdowns on 83 carries in 2022 with Louisville. He'll now compete for a depth role in Carolina's backfield, which is currently led by Miles Sanders and Chuba Hubbard.

Tiyon Evans: Let go by Los Angeles
The Rams waived Evans on Tuesday.
Evans will head to waivers despite having just signed with Los Angeles as an undrafted free agent back in May. The 21-year-old will look to catch on with another team after recording 83 carries for 525 yards and six touchdowns at Louisville last season.

Evans signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent Monday, Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.
After not hearing his name called during the 2023 Draft, Evans will join the Rams for their offseason program. In his lone year at Louisville, Evans caught the ball 83 times for 525 yards and six touchdowns.
