Terrell Bynum: Doesn't make 53-man roster
Bynum was waived by Las Vegas on Tuesday, per the team's official site.
Bynum spent last year in the Chargers' organization and got into one regular-season game, logging one snap and not producing any stats. The USC product caught two of four targets for 20 yards with the Raiders during the exhibition slate and is a candidate to end up on the practice squad if he clears waivers.

The Cowboys actually worked out Bynum just two days prior, but it appears the USC product went in a different direction and signed with the Raiders. Bynum, an undrafted second-year wide receiver, appeared in one game with the Chargers last season, failing to record a stat. He'll likely be competing for a depth spot in Las Vegas' wide receiver room as the training camp progresses.
