Sanchez isn't in the Brewers' lineup Saturday against the Mets.
Sanchez started as the Brewers' DH on Friday, but he will take a seat after going 0-for-2 in the first game of the year. Rhys Hoskins will serve as the designated hitter instead, allowing Jake Bauers to pick up a start at first base against right-hander Luis Severino.
