Brosseau cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Nashville on Sunday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Brosseau was designated for assignment by the Brewers on Wednesday but will remain in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The 29-year-old had a .653 OPS in 78 plate appearances before being sent down to the minors in early June.
