The Brewers designated Strzelecki for assignment Sunday.
Milwaukee selected Strzelecki's contract from Triple-A Nashville on Saturday, but he'll lose his spot without having appeared in a game. The right-hander had a 3.92 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 21:4 K:BB over 20.2 innings with Nashville prior to being called up.
