The Brewers reassigned White to their minor-league camp Monday.
White has logged 859 career plate appearances at the MLB level between stops with the Astros and Dodgers, but he hasn't surfaced in the majors since 2019. After a one-year stint in South Korea in 2020, White returned stateside in 2021 and spent the entire campaign with the Blue Jays' Triple-A affiliate in Buffalo. He's expected to head to Triple-A Nashville with his new organization for the start of the 2022 season.
