Ruiz went 1-for-6 with a three-run home run in Saturday's 14-3 win over the Nationals.
Ruiz didn't have much success Saturday, but he took Matthew Liberatore deep in the sixth inning to turn this game into a rout in favor of Washington. This was Ruiz's fourth homer in July, and he's batting .261 (18-for-69) this month, though he hasn't posted a multi-hit effort since July 8. The catcher has a .217/.250/.337 slash line, eight homers, 33 RBI, 26 runs scored and one stolen base over 77 contests this season.
