The Orioles recalled Baker from Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday.
Baker had spent all of 2024 at Norfolk until now and pitched to a 6.55 ERA, albeit with 30 strikeouts across 22 frames. He was a useful middle reliever for Baltimore from 2022-23, collecting a 3.53 ERA and 127:50 K:BB over 114.2 innings.
