Mayo will be out of the lineup for a third consecutive game while Christian Encarnacion-Strand starts at third base and bats fifth against Atlanta right-hander Bryce Elder. Mayo has gone 4-for-16 with one steal, a solo home run, two additional runs scored and eight strikeouts in six games since the All-Star break.
