O'Hearn isn't in the Orioles' lineup Tuesday against the Angels.
Southpaw Reid Detmers will begin Tuesday's game on the mound for the Angels, forcing O'Hearn's left-handed bat to the bench. O'Hearn's absence will put Ryan Mountcastle at first base, Aaron Hicks in right field and Anthony Santander in as Baltimore's DH.
